Cancellation Policy

In order to receive a full refund:  For parties with 4 or less Explorers, you’re welcome to cancel your tour as long it’s **72 hours prior to tour day.  If your party have *5 or more Explorers, you have **10 days to cancel your tour in order to receive a full refund.  No exceptions.

In case of rain:  Well, good thing you’re taking a van tour!

If you miss the shuttle: If for some reason you miss the shuttle on the day of your tour, you’ll be given a rain-check ticket for another tour of your choice, as long as there is availability and it’s only valid for 7days from your original tour day. Simply call our office and we’ll book you again at no additional charge. No refunds are given if you miss the shuttle.

If we don’t have enough people booked:  We reserve the right to cancel the tour if there are not a minimum amount of people booked (typically 3 Explorers).  If you are booked on a tour where the minimum number is not met, you will be issued a full refund.
